The Chinese culture has a sort of mystical and mysterious shroud around it, which has led many westerners to feel that they have many answers to things that we don’t, especially with respect to health. After all, if a people have been using a remedy for thousands of years, it has to be good, right?

Taking something untested is a risky crapshoot; sure, it could be really good for you, but it could also be doing all kinds of permanent damage. In my opinion, its not really worth the risk for common every day ailments, as there are plenty of proven and tested medicines available. Of course if you have something more serious, you’re probably more willing to take risks.
Studying biology in college, the one thing I learned without doubt is that herbal and natural don’t always mean good or safe. Chinese herbal medicines are often exalted as being totally natural and therefore entirely safe, but many people seem to forget that the most deadly substances known to man are likewise entirely natural.
I don’t mean to scare you away from ever trying a Chinese herbal medicine. Just be careful when you go looking for one, and select things that have had at least some amount of studies done on them. As a vast, ancient, and hugely populated part of the world, China no doubt does indeed have some effective remedies, but the label ‘Chinese herbal medicine’ should never be considered a guarantee for safety.
The one Chinese herbal medicine I do subscribe to is their teas. I was one of the students who had no real walking program. I didn’t make the connection between walking and weight loss right away. I wound up gaining twenty-five pounds in the first semester of college, but I didn’t realize that I needed to connect walking and weight loss until I tried dieting.
Before I started a walking program in school, the idea of walking and weight loss being so closely tied together did not occur to me. Instead, I tried changing my diet. I ate salads at nearly every meal. I had no breakfast and I did not really have a whole meal until the evening. I probably only took in about nine hundred calories each day, but I did not see very good results. I had to think back to a time when I was fit to make the walking and weight loss connection.
I was a heavy student in high school and I dieted a lot. One diet was very successful for me during the end of my high school career. I was involved in an after school program that I attended every day. Since I could not ride the bus home from school, I simply walked the two mile commute home five days a week. I did not consider this an actual walking program, but it really was. The only differences between my lifestyle in high school and in college were that I ate more and I walked almost every day.
Once I made the walking and weight loss connection, the rest was easy. I just started a simple walking program that consisted of taking a relaxing walk at least three times each week. I did not really worry about dieting, but I made sure to eat breakfast and to eat small meals throughout the day. I also avoided eating after eight o’clock in the evening. Within a few weeks, I found myself proving the walking and weight loss connection. I lost the twenty five pounds.

After four days of using his prescribed acne treatments, things had barely improved. I decided to be patient, however, and gave it another week. Slowly but surely, my face started to look better and better.

AcaiPlus and cleansing of the body I have been doing so reading about different uses of acai and I found out that acai has been used for centuries to cleanse the body of contaminants. There is so many great ingredients in it, Over one hundred. Like Aloe Vera, Colloidal Minerals, Mangosteen fruit, Goji Berry, Tea Blend (PauD'Arco Bark, Gingko Biloba Leaf, Ginseng Root, Suma Root, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Coenzyme Q10, just to name a few. I am a diabetic I do not have to take shoots yet just take a pill once daily. One of the problems that I have concerned with is that I am always banging up my legs and it takes months for one sore to heal. I mean I really have these sores for 3 to 5 month. But since I have been taking AcaiPlus I now am seeing the healing process taking place on a daily bases. You know how it feels to watch the last minute go by and it seems to take forever that was me with every little cut and scrap on my legs. Now I watch the time fly by.
